You will get to explore design processes at every stage, from idea conceptualisation to realisation, and graduate with quality design folios, including working prototypes. With our studio-based learning approach, you will work in modern design studios and develop prototypes using state-of-the-art model making equipment and facilities.
Gomi

WHAT
Gomi is a trash bin reimagined to ease the process of trash bag replacements by cleaners.
WHY
Cleaners often have a difficult time lifting filled trash bags, especially when trash bags are filled beyond their maximum capacity. These actions pose threats to their health and well-being.
HOW
These trash bins, equipped with smart sensors, are linked to an application used by the cleaner to monitor the fill level of each bin. These bins are locked once their trash level reaches full capacity. The cleaner can then unlock the bins via the application when he/she goes to replace the trash bags.
